Encouraging the public to understand and appreciate the many wonderful aspects and opportunities the Australian Timber and Forestry industry presents will help to repair the damage inflicted to public perception over recent years. This research encourages the introduction of more Forest and Timber Discovery Centers which aim to provide an opportunity for learning and exploring. These centres would aid in restoring the perception from a disillusioned public and facilitate more career pathways into the industry.
