The terms and conditions are straight forward.
A formal offer of funding is sent to the successful candidate/s. An acceptance section is signed by the recipient agreeing to expend the funds only on the authorised activity.
Funds are usually released upon either the successful enrolment or, alternatively, on the successful completion of the agreed grant activity . The Trust can exercise discretion about certain terms and conditions - such as the timing of the payment. This ensures that circumstances particular to a grant recipient are able to be considered, for example , the incapacity to pay for a course upfront.
Evidence of enrolment and/or evidence of completion must be provided prior to the release of funds.
